Made from a cut out design, it is transferred to a surface through the use of spray or roll on paint. The method with political message meaning has become a worldwide subculture movement among certain artists mid to late 20th century artists including Banksy, Jef Aerosol, Hugo Kaagman and Blek Le Rat.
