DEFINITION

In architecture, aspects of the place where a building will be constructed which might include: soil, climate, and neighborhood conditions, including zoning restrictions, along with the availability of water, food, transportation, energy, jobs, schools, churches, shopping, entertainment, etc. It may also refer to a specific place in any kind of environment.Quote: "No house should ever be on any hill or on anything.
