Loop tool

A tool consisting of a loop of nonferrous metal attached to a handle, and used in carving plastic and leather-hard clay. The metal loop might either be round in cross-section (like ordinary wire) or more like a ribbon. A loop tool can easily be improvised with a piece of wire.
